## Title: Business Development Consultant

Role Objective

A medium-sized law firm in Nairobi seeking to scale their business development efforts is looking for a consultant to support their growth initiatives.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop customized growth strategy, strategic plan, and business plan
  • Identify growth opportunities and potential areas for expansion
  • Explore market expansion into new territories, markets, or demographics
  • Evaluate product or service diversification opportunities
  • Identify and develop new customer segments
  • Improve operational efficiency and streamline processes
  • Enhance marketing and sales strategies
  • Analyze patterns and make data-driven recommendations for growth
  • Provide continuous support and guidance throughout implementation by monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Establish and monitor business metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide regular updates and make adjustments to the plan to achieve desired results

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field from a recognized university
  • At least four (4) years of relevant experience
