## Title: Business Development Consultant
Role Objective
A medium-sized law firm in Nairobi seeking to scale their business development efforts is looking for a consultant to support their growth initiatives.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop customized growth strategy, strategic plan, and business plan
- Identify growth opportunities and potential areas for expansion
- Explore market expansion into new territories, markets, or demographics
- Evaluate product or service diversification opportunities
- Identify and develop new customer segments
- Improve operational efficiency and streamline processes
- Enhance marketing and sales strategies
- Analyze patterns and make data-driven recommendations for growth
- Provide continuous support and guidance throughout implementation by monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and adjusting strategies as needed
- Establish and monitor business metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Provide regular updates and make adjustments to the plan to achieve desired results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field from a recognized university
- At least four (4) years of relevant experience
