Our client in the security sector is seeking an experienced and professional Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, client relationships, and overall service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure service excellence.

Manage guards, supervisors, and administrative staff.

Handle client complaints, conduct investigations, and prepare detailed reports.

Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and procedures.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.

Monitor performance, analyze operational challenges, and implement solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role within the security industry.

Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to conduct investigations and write comprehensive reports.

Computer literate and professional in client handling.
