## Title: Bancassurance Sales Officer – Retail Sales

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions. You will be responsible for generating new retail life business, educating clients on products, and driving brand promotion through excellent customer service and market engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new retail life business from the allocated market
Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
Provide timely and accurate quotations within agreed turnaround times
Gather market intelligence to ensure an updated product range
Follow up with clients to ensure persistency rates remain at acceptable levels
Promote the company brand

Required Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
Age 25 years and above

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP)
Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer care skills
