About the Role
We seek a dedicated B2B Sales Executive to drive our growth and connect businesses with innovative HR solutions. In this position, you'll manage the entire sales journey—from identifying opportunities and engaging decision-makers to crafting customized HR service solutions that address real business challenges. Your mission will be to help organizations access the HR expertise and technology they need to thrive in today's evolving workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business clients across diverse industries
- Present HR consulting services and software platforms that enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and client onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Achieve growth targets while building long-term client relationships based on trust and measurable results
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in services
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills
