About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Registrar Grade 12 to join our expanding team at the University of Nairobi. This position (AC/11/22/25) offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple university departments and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to students and academic services
- Support human resource services operations
- Facilitate university operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Administration
- Educational Administration
- Education
- Communication
- Management
- Public Administration
- Project Planning
- Industrial Relations
- Conflict Resolution
- Human Resource Management
- Business Administration
- Any other related, relevant discipline
- CPS(K) or relevant professional qualification
- Membership in a recognized professional body
Required Experience
- 6 years of administrative experience, with at least 3 years as Senior Administrative Assistant Grade 9/10, OR
- 6 years of work experience in a position of comparable responsibility at the University, of which at least 3 years must be at Grade 9/10
