## Title: Assistant Registrar Grade 12

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Registrar Grade 12 to join our expanding team at the University of Nairobi. This position (AC/11/22/25) offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple university departments and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to students and academic services
  • Support human resource services operations
  • Facilitate university operations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in one of the following disciplines:
    • Administration
    • Educational Administration
    • Education
    • Communication
    • Management
    • Public Administration
    • Project Planning
    • Industrial Relations
    • Conflict Resolution
    • Human Resource Management
    • Business Administration
    • Any other related, relevant discipline
  • CPS(K) or relevant professional qualification
  • Membership in a recognized professional body

Required Experience

  • 6 years of administrative experience, with at least 3 years as Senior Administrative Assistant Grade 9/10, OR
  • 6 years of work experience in a position of comparable responsibility at the University, of which at least 3 years must be at Grade 9/10
