Assistant Manager, Wellness at Jubilee Insurance

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development

• Collaborate with the Wellness Manager to design, develop, and implement comprehensive wellness programs and initiatives that align with organizational health and well-being goals
• Assist in budget planning and management for wellness programs, optimizing resources to achieve program objectives efficiently
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to deliver wellness services and negotiate contracts for cost-effective solutions
• Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote wellness initiatives and encourage participation
• Prepare reports on wellness program impact and ROI, making recommendations for program enhancements based on data analysis
• Contribute to the development of wellness policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and organizational goals

Operational Management

• Support the Wellness Manager in coordination and implementation of Maisha FITI programs
• Develop and maintain a database of statistics and narratives for tracking progress and efficacy of treatments and activities
• Ensure enrollment of members in the Jubilee Mum's Wellness Club, Chronic Disease Management Program, and Corporate Wellness Program
• Improve business retention by actively engaging clients in meaningful and responsive wellness initiatives
• Manage the wellness loyalty card program and build relationships with Maisha FITI partners
• Analyze ailment reports for schemes and implement disease prevention interventions
• Develop and manage wellness programs that address surveillance and population health needs of Jubilee Insurance clients
• Liaise and collaborate with clinical specialist services, primary healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders in public and non-governmental sectors
