## Title: Artisan Plumber Grade III

Job Purpose

This position exists to provide maintenance services for facilities used by students and staff on a regular basis to ensure they are in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to maintenance requests from user departments regularly to ensure satisfaction
Participate in routine preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns
Respond to emergencies as they arise to ensure timely resolution for user departments
Perform regular inspections of buildings to identify maintenance needs and inform the required course of action
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Minimum Requirements

Government Trade Test Grade II; OR
Government Trade Test Grade III with three (3) years of relevant working experience in their trade
