Artisan (Plumber) - Grade III - 2 Posts at Masinde Muliro University of Science & Technology (MMUST)

Job Purpose

This position exists to provide maintenance services for facilities used by students and staff on a regular basis to ensure they are in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests from user departments regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Participate in routine preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns
• Respond to emergencies as they arise to ensure timely resolution for user departments
• Perform regular inspections of buildings to identify maintenance needs and inform the required course of action
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Minimum Requirements

• Government Trade Test Grade II; OR
• Government Trade Test Grade III with three (3) years of relevant working experience in their trade
