## Title: Senior Executive, Business Development

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to drive business growth and sales excellence across wholesale and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales targets by mapping wholesalers and LMTs, managing distributors, strengthening customer relationships, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements
  • Ensure optimal product range and availability while monitoring competitor pricing and activities to maintain consistent market pricing
  • Build strong partnerships with distributors, DSRs, and branch teams through regular visits, route accompaniments, and proactive support
  • Track sales performance, analyze market data, share ROI reports, identify growth opportunities, and manage operational sales risks
  • Mentor and train DSRs, support distributor sales teams, implement sales programs, and actively participate in performance reviews and development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment with demonstrated success in distributor growth
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices
