We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. REQUIREMENTS - Highly confident in speaking to customers over the phone and online - Previous sales experience (travel or service industry preferred) - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Target-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed - Strong organization and attention to detail - Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools - A genuine passion for travel and helping people plan dream holidays KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Call, engage, and follow up with new and existing customer enquiries - Confidently present holiday packages and guide customers through booking - Build a strong rapport to understand and meet customer needs - Proactively manage leads and convert them into confirmed bookings - Stay knowledgeable on destinations, travel trends, and offers - Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets - Keep CRM records accurate and up to date Check how your CV aligns with this job
