Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVES):
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced Reservations, Booking, or Customer Service role, ideally within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Tech Proficiency: High competency in using CRM or PMS (Property Management Systems), shared digital workspaces (like Google Calendar/Sheets), and professional email management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVES):
- Communication:Exceptional phone and email etiquette. Ability to handle sensitive guest information (like allergens) clearly and confidently.
- Detail Orientation: Proven track record of high administrative accuracy and meeting strict, time-sensitive deadlines (SLAs).
