Operations Intern at HCS Affiliates Group

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Operations Intern to support our rider acquisition and management efforts across Nairobi, Ngong-Rongai-Karen, and Thika areas. This role offers hands-on experience in operations management, recruitment, and training within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and attract potential riders through various channels including referrals and field recruitment
• Guide new riders through registration processes, documentation verification, and platform setup
• Track recruitment metrics and onboarding progress
• Conduct on-ground activities across designated areas to meet recruitment targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with riders
• Organized, proactive, positive, consistent, and results-driven
• Basic data and reporting ability (Google Sheets, Excel)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Social Sciences, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Nairobi, Ngong-Rongai-Karen, and Thika areas
