## Title: Human Resources Administrative Assistant

About the Role

Power Governors Limited is seeking a qualified Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. In this role, you will provide essential support to our HR department, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee administration, payroll support, and office management.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
  • Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate orientation for new hires
  • Update HR databases and maintain accurate personnel records
  • Handle document filing including contracts, leave forms, and performance reports
  • Collect and verify attendance and leave records
  • Assist in addressing payroll and benefits-related inquiries
  • Support the organization of employee engagement activities
  • Address minor employee concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops
  • Maintain training records and compile feedback
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence
  • Support audits by preparing required documentation
  • Ensure proper documentation of compliance-related processes
  • Collect and compile HR data for reporting purposes
  • Assist in generating reports on recruitment, attendance, and employee satisfaction
  • Generate invoices and coordinate with the accounts department
  • Perform data entry of telematics into accounting software
  • Perform other duties as assigned
