## Title: Human Resources & Administration Manager

About the Role

Our client, an established FMCG and Distribution Company, is seeking a Human Resources & Administration Manager to lead the HR and Administration department. In this strategic role, you will deploy a highly competent and engaged workforce that is productive, motivated, and focused on executing the company's objectives and achieving its strategic goals.

Job Purpose

To lead the Human Resource and Administration department by strategically deploying a highly competent and engaged staff that is productive, completely engaged and motivated for execution of their strategic role in achieving the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies to enable the company attain its strategic goals
  • Provide continuous advice and support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, and facilitate revisions
  • Articulate and harmonize HR services and practices including recruitment, selection, induction, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, employee welfare, health and safety, and employee separation
  • Drive a performance culture through implementation and management of a performance management system to evaluate and improve employee performance
  • Identify training needs, design relevant programs, implement and evaluate these programs to improve skills and performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, motivation, productivity, and well-being
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs aligned to business goals
  • Develop and implement talent management and succession planning programs
  • Facilitate employee participation and communication through provision of honest and open communication channels within and outside the company
  • Oversee the implementation of disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Manage staff wellbeing by facilitating onboarding to company medical scheme, managing company leave schedules, and driving initiatives geared towards employee physical and mental wellness
