## Title: Customer Care Assistant I

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Customer Care Assistant I position to provide excellent service and support to clients and visitors.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guide and usher clients and visitors
  • Register, issue, and maintain visitor passes
  • Renew and update visitor passes
  • Provide general feedback on customer inquiries, escalate and follow through on enquiries
  • Maintain records and data of visits
  • Follow up on enquiries
  • Receive and direct telephone calls
  • Uphold the image and reputation of the Authority
  • Coordinate reception activities
  • Forward customer care feedback to the Senior or Principal Customer Care Assistant

Required Qualifications

  • Cumulative service period of nine (9) years' relevant work experience, with a minimum of three (3) years in the grade of Customer Care Assistant II or in a comparable position
  • Diploma in Communication, Public Relations, Customer Care, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Secretarial Management, or equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
