## Title: Customer Care Assistant I
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Customer Care Assistant I position to provide excellent service and support to clients and visitors.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Guide and usher clients and visitors
- Register, issue, and maintain visitor passes
- Renew and update visitor passes
- Provide general feedback on customer inquiries, escalate and follow through on enquiries
- Maintain records and data of visits
- Follow up on enquiries
- Receive and direct telephone calls
- Uphold the image and reputation of the Authority
- Coordinate reception activities
- Forward customer care feedback to the Senior or Principal Customer Care Assistant
Required Qualifications
- Cumulative service period of nine (9) years' relevant work experience, with a minimum of three (3) years in the grade of Customer Care Assistant II or in a comparable position
- Diploma in Communication, Public Relations, Customer Care, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Secretarial Management, or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
