A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Job Purpose. We seek to recruit a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Assistant he/she will be responsible for converting leads generated through social media platforms into qualified sales opportunities. The role involves proactive follow-up, persuasive communication, and relationship-building to achieve sales targets and support overall business growth. Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead Management: Promptly follow up on leads captured from social media campaigns and other digital platforms. - Telesales & Conversion: Make persuasive outbound calls, explain product/service offerings, handle objections, and close sales. - Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and trust with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business. - Reporting & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and campaign performance. - Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve telesales scripts, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Skills: & Qualifications: - Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum  6 Months’ experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (experience with social media leads is a strong advantage). - Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills. - Confident, goal-oriented, and resilient with a passion for sales. - Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines. - Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
