## Title: Senior Registrar in Obstetrics & Gynaecology

Attend to antenatal mothers, review reports, and conduct safe deliveries
Undertake clinical procedures and examinations
Carry out ward rounds with Senior Consultants
Consult on cases requiring guidance from Senior House Officers
Oversee the running of the department
Assist management in drawing up and implementing policies and procedures for the department
Advise and guide management on procurement of equipment and supplies
Coach and mentor Senior House Officers
Supervise Senior House Officers and Elective Students
Ensure Hospital policies and administrative regulations are well-known and understood by staff
Liaise with HR & Talent Development to ensure proper staffing levels
Conduct CPD activities to ensure high standards of competency and efficiency in the department
Ensure patients receive utmost attention and care at all times
Follow up on patient complaints and concerns
Conduct elective and emergency surgeries
