A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to lead brand strategy and execution for the Hair Category. You will drive comprehensive brand development while ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the full brand strategy for the Hair Category in line with business goals
• Lead all elements of the marketing mix—product, pricing, packaging, placement, and promotion
• Ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints
• Drive consumer and market research to guide strategy and identify emerging trends
• Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
• Oversee creative development and media planning with external agencies
• Track and optimize brand performance using data and KPIs

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of brand management experience
• At least 3 years in the haircare or beauty industry
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Creative thinking with a strategic mindset and strong analytical capabilities
