A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Qualifications, Skills and Experience - Diploma in Clinical Medicine/Nursing or certificate in Health Services Support, Hospital Admin, Customer Care, or Healthcare Assistance. - 3-5 years in a customer-facing role; healthcare environment preferred. - Strong communication, empathy, patience, and calmness under pressure. - Ability to multitask, manage waiting areas, and support patient flow; familiarity with medical terms or EMR systems is an advantage. Key Responsibilities - Patient Experience & First Contact: Ensure warm greetings, assist visitors immediately, maintain an orderly waiting area, and guide patients to the right service points. - Registration, Flow & Coordination: Support registration and check-in steps, communicate wait times clearly, and coordinate with clinical teams to keep patient flow smooth. - Issue Resolution & Advocacy: Handle non-clinical inquiries, resolve minor issues, escalate urgent clinical or operational concerns, and guide patients to appropriate resources.
