About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in Nairobi. This position offers the chance to lead human resources functions in a dynamic offshore BPO environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure timely recruitment and selection processes
• Oversee employee onboarding and separation procedures
• Communicate, implement, and ensure adherence to HR processes and procedures at the location
• Administer compensation and benefits structures
• Manage payroll processing
• Oversee HR compliance and risk management
• Drive employee engagement initiatives
• Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts
• Support HR Analytics activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent course (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a call center environment
• Offshore BPO experience including recruitment and selection for offshore clients (mandatory)
• Membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management
• Excellent understanding of Kenya labour laws
• Familiarity with the Kenya Data Protection Act

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage different levels of management
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong data analysis capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Balanced Scorecard model
