## Title: Legal Secretary
Role Objective
A medium-sized law firm headquartered in Nairobi seeks an experienced Legal Secretary to enhance operational efficiency and provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise junior staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Prepare bids, tenders, proposals, and presentations to support business development initiatives and meet turnaround time targets
- Handle all correspondence via mail, calls, and other communication channels
- Manage general administration and secretarial duties
- Prepare various administrative and operational reports
- Oversee office utility bills, ensure timely payments, and follow up on accounts
- Coordinate meetings, office events, and industry-relevant activities
- Serve as key liaison contact between the office and various stakeholders including government authorities, suppliers, clients, and staff
- Organize and maintain the Director's calendar, diaries, and appointments; coordinate meetings proactively and efficiently
- Prepare briefs, minutes, and reports for meetings
- Represent the Partner and management in various meetings as required
- Perform additional duties as allocated by management

Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
