## Title: Lead Design Technology Teacher
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Durham International Schools as Lead Design Technology Teacher.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A good honours degree and teacher training qualification for the 11 to 18 age range
- Minimum of two years teaching experience (ideally five or more years)
- Ability to teach Design Technology up to IGCSE and A Level or IB
- Valid Teacher Services Commission Certificate (if applying from Kenya) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a general education degree (for overseas applicants)
Key Competencies
- Skilled classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge
- Awareness of effective teaching methodology
