## Title: Key Accounts Manager - Modern Trade
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive business growth through strategic account management in the modern trade sector.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive long-term business growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing and new clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve profitability targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production, and finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and collections from customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG or fast-moving products
- Available immediately
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Results-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
Preferred Experience
