Job Specifications Duties and responsibilities at this level entail: - Implementing human resource management policies, laws, regulations, procedures and systems; - Drafting and verification of routine correspondences; - Processing of salaries, allowances, benefits and final dues; - Verifying the payroll; - Collating and analysing training applications; - Processing employee recruitment, promotion and exit documents; - Processing of leave applications, sick sheets and sick offs; - Updating of Staff Medical details, National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) and National Social Security Fund (NSSF) records; - Maintaining complement control; - Updating human resource database; - Collating data on work environment and employees’ satisfaction surveys; and - Preparing periodic progress reports. Job specifications For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: - - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; OR - Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields; Public Administration, Sociology, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution plus s Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution; and - Proficiency in computer applications.   Check how your CV aligns with this job
