Human Resource Generalist at Tropical Mac EPZ Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team at Tropical Mac EPZ Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and supporting staff welfare and organizational development.

This role requires strong knowledge of HR practices, Kenyan labour regulations, and the ability to balance operational efficiency with employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring processes, prepare job adverts, shortlist candidates, and manage orientation programs
• Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Support appraisal processes, track KPIs, and recommend training interventions
• Ensure HR policies are communicated, understood, and consistently applied across departments
• Maintain adherence to Kenyan labour laws and company regulations
• Assist in processing salaries, statutory deductions, and employee benefits
• Identify skill gaps, coordinate workshops, and promote continuous learning opportunities
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR reports
• Champion initiatives that foster collaboration, inclusivity, and employee engagement

Required Qualifications
