About the Role

We are recruiting an HR Officer to join our team. In this position, you will serve as a strategic HR partner to client organizations, managing comprehensive HR functions and delivering advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for client organizations
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with client leadership
• Conduct HR audits, compliance reviews, and prepare actionable recommendations
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for client roles
• Oversee onboarding, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives
• Handle employee relations matters professionally and in accordance with labor laws
• Support payroll alignment, compensation benchmarking, and statutory remittances

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with consulting exposure
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and compliance frameworks
• IHRM membership (mandatory)
• CHRP qualification (advantageous)
