## Title: HR and Administration Intern
Strategy and Vision
- Actively support the values of Johanniter International and align work accordingly
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the global strategy of Johanniter International Assistance in your area of responsibility
- Support the implementation of the country strategy in alignment with the global JIA strategy
HR-Related Tasks
- Support staff recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements and conducting first-stage shortlisting
- Assist with onboarding of new staff
- Maintain HR tools and systems including staff contracts, leave planning and tracking, performance management, and immigration processes
- Maintain personnel files to ensure they are up to date, complete, and well organized
- Assist in filing of statutory documentation
Administration Tasks
Perform the following duties as requested by the HR & Administration Officer:
General Clerical Duties
- Photocopying and scanning of documents
- Draft emails and letters to staff and suppliers
- File administration documents and correspondence
Messenger and Errand Duties
- Purchase office internet and staff airtime; prepare cash liquidation documents for Finance
- Coordinate with vendors for office supply purchases; prepare cash liquidations and supporting documents for Finance
- Deliver documents to various offices as requested
- Support management of country office facilities and ensure repairs, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance works are completed in a timely manner in accordance with lease agreement terms
- Support the HR and Administration Officer with additional duties as needed
