Job description

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Receive and assist patients professionally. - Register patients and manage imaging appointments. - Explain procedures, preparation, and report timelines. - Handle inquiries, billing, payments, and SHA/insurance processes. - Coordinate with imaging staff and doctors. - Maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - Diploma in a business related course. - A minimum of two years of working experience in a similar role, - preferably within a busy hospital or healthcare front office/reception. - Familiarity with Medical terminology: Knowledge of basic medical terms and procedures is often preffered. - Experience with Healthcare Software: Basic proficiency in handling hospital management systems or electronic health record systems (e.g HMIS, Medisoft, or Health Information Systems).
