## Title: Customer Care Assistant I
About the Role
Kenya Rural Roads Authority seeks a dedicated Customer Care Assistant I to provide excellent client service and support reception operations at our Nairobi office.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and usher clients and visitors
- Register, issue, and maintain visitor passes
- Renew and update visitor passes
- Provide general feedback on customer inquiries and escalate concerns as needed
- Follow up on and resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and data of visits
- Receive and direct telephone calls professionally
- Coordinate reception activities
- Forward customer care feedback to the Senior or Principal Customer Care Assistant
- Uphold the image and reputation of the Authority
Required Qualifications
- Cumulative service period of nine (9) years' relevant work experience, with at least three (3) years in the grade of Customer Care Assistant II or in a comparable position
- Diploma in Communication, Public Relations, Customer Care, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or Secretarial Management from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
