## Title: Customer Care Assistant I

About the Role

Kenya Rural Roads Authority seeks a dedicated Customer Care Assistant I to provide excellent client service and support reception operations at our Nairobi office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and usher clients and visitors
  • Register, issue, and maintain visitor passes
  • Renew and update visitor passes
  • Provide general feedback on customer inquiries and escalate concerns as needed
  • Follow up on and resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and data of visits
  • Receive and direct telephone calls professionally
  • Coordinate reception activities
  • Forward customer care feedback to the Senior or Principal Customer Care Assistant
  • Uphold the image and reputation of the Authority

Required Qualifications

  • Cumulative service period of nine (9) years' relevant work experience, with at least three (3) years in the grade of Customer Care Assistant II or in a comparable position
  • Diploma in Communication, Public Relations, Customer Care, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or Secretarial Management from a recognized institution
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
