Collections Officer

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. - Choice Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Bike Finance Collections Officer to manage and oversee collections for our E-Bike financing products. The role ensures timely recovery of payments, effective customer engagement, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage customer repayment schedules for E-Bike financing. - Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. - Resolve payment-related issues and provide guidance to customers on repayment options. - Maintain accurate records of collections, arrears, and recovery actions. Prepare regular reports on collections performance and outstanding balances. - Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to improve collection efficiency. Required Qualifications: & Skills - Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. - 2-4 years' experience in collections, loan recovery, or finance operations. - Strong knowledge of payment processes, reconciliation, and customer follow-up. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Customer-focused, persistent, and results-driven.
