An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. - We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition and deliver a minimum of 10% month-on-month revenue growthThis role is critical to our growth agenda and requires a commercially focused individual who can convert opportunities into real, billable revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients and close business across debt collection, BPO, call centre, and related services - Deliver 10% month-on-month growth in revenue from new business - Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new clients Work closely with digital marketing and client services teams - Track and report sales performance and revenue outcomes Build and maintain strong client relationships Required Qualifications: & EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field - Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or B2B sales - Experience in financial services, fintech, collections, or BPO is an advantage - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES - Target-driven and commercially minded - Data-oriented and organised - Professional, ethical, and resilient - Able to work in a high-accountability environmen
