This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Role Accountabilities     - Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and client engagement. - Drive sales of company products and services through solution-based selling. - Follow up on all quotations and client requests to ensure timely business conversion. - Achieve and exceed monthly sales turnover targets. - Ensure zero unresolved client queries and high levels of customer satisfaction. - Conduct regular client visits to build, manage, and retain strong customer relationships. - Identify opportunities for service improvement, new products, and profitability growth. - Monitor industry trends, market activity, and competitor movements. - Prepare accurate sales and business development reports. - Maintain high service standards in line with company policies and procedures.  Required Qualifications:  and Education Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years’ Sales and Marketing experience in a Transport & Logistics organization. - Proven experience in Business Development or Account Management. - Existing and active client portfolio is mandatory. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
