## Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their team in Nairobi, Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer reception and consultation services
  • Drive sales of car products and achieve sales targets
  • Conduct sales negotiations and promotional activities
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales service to customers
  • Coordinate internal market research and competitive analysis
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through interpersonal communication and rapport building
  • Negotiate deals that satisfy customer needs while ensuring profitability

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience
  • Valid driver's license held for more than 2 years with proficient driving ability
  • Strong initiative and positive work attitude with passion for automotive sales
  • Excellent communication and expression skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and mental resilience
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong teamwork spirit and customer service awareness
  • High adaptability and willingness to face challenges
