## Title: Business Development Executive
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their team in Nairobi, Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer reception and consultation services
- Drive sales of car products and achieve sales targets
- Conduct sales negotiations and promotional activities
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service to customers
- Coordinate internal market research and competitive analysis
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through interpersonal communication and rapport building
- Negotiate deals that satisfy customer needs while ensuring profitability
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience
- Valid driver's license held for more than 2 years with proficient driving ability
- Strong initiative and positive work attitude with passion for automotive sales
- Excellent communication and expression skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mental resilience
- Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong teamwork spirit and customer service awareness
