Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Mpeketoni at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions structure. You will be responsible for driving retail life insurance business growth in the Mpeketoni market while building strong client relationships and promoting the CIC brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from the allocated market
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products and solutions
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within established turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to ensure the product range remains updated and competitive
• Follow up with clients to ensure persistency rates remain at acceptable levels
• Promote and represent the CIC brand professionally

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Age 25 years and above

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP)
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA certification
