Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Garissa at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions structure. You will be responsible for driving retail life insurance sales in your allocated market while building strong client relationships and promoting the CIC Insurance brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from the allocated market
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within established turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to maintain an updated product range
• Follow up with clients to ensure persistency rates meet acceptable standards
• Promote the CIC Insurance brand

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Age 25 years and above

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant professional insurance qualifications (COP/ECOP)
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA certification
