Job description

This role is ideal for a candidate with strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a background in fintech, call centres, insurance, microfinance, or an advertising agency environment. What You’ll Do - Drive B2B sales through new client acquisition and effective account management - Manage the full end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients - Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional advertising and digital solutions to existing clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools What we’re looking for: - 2–3 years’ proven B2B sales experience - Experience in fintech, insurance, microfinance, call centres, and/or an advertising agency is mandatory - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Strong customer service and relationship management skills - Proven ability to close deals and manage a structured sales pipeline - Hands-on experience using CRM tools - Digital marketing experience is an added advantage Benefits: - Competitive salary with attractive commission structure - Performance-based incentives and rewards - Professional growth and career development opportunities - Continuous training and skills development - Supportive and collaborative work environment
