A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Job specifications For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: - Cumulative service period of twelve (12) years relevant work experience three (3) of which should have been in the grade of Principal Human Resource Management and Development Officer or in a comparable position; -  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; OR - Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields; Public Administration, Sociology, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution plus s Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution; - Master’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Business Administration (Human Resource) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; - Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) Course from a recognized institution; - Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and in good standing; - Current and valid practicing certificate from the Institute of Human Resource Management and be in good standing; - Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks a recognized institution; - Proficiency in computer applications and; - Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
