Applications Support Officer (ICT)

Key Responsibilities: - Provide first and second level support across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) and related business applications - Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs, troubleshooting application, transaction and process issues - Support upgrades, deployments, integrations and UAT, including documentation and business sign offs - Support master data integrity, reporting and reconciliations, and maintain SOPs and user guides - Train users, support internal controls, and manage vendor SLAs and escalations Required Qualifications: & EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field - 3 to 5 years’ experience in SAP Application Support or ERP or application support roles - Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC and or SAP S4HANA - Retail or multi branch experience and SAP certification are added advantages
