Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or any other relevant field
  • Master's degree in a related field (added advantage)

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or managerial role
  • Experience in a learning institution is preferred
  • Familiarity with Kenya's TVET, CDACC, and KNEC systems is an added advantage
