## Title: Zonal Sales Manager

Position Overview

RMG Ghana Limited seeks a Zonal Sales Manager to drive sales of agrochemicals, seeds, and fertilizers across a designated zone. This role involves establishing and maintaining an efficient sales and marketing program for the company's existing product range and innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sale and distribution of RMG's entire product portfolio, including crop protection products, fertilizers, seeds, spraying machines, farm tools, and accessories
  • Deliver revenue and net sales targets by building and sustaining customer relations in a designated territory
  • Prospect for retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the agribusiness industry to generate sales
  • Manage and maintain trusted distributors across the region, recruit new distributors, and oversee product distribution to commercial farms and plantations
  • Conduct periodic market research on company product sales and patronage relative to competitor performance
  • Engage License Buying Companies (LBC) and other stakeholders in the cocoa industry for product collaboration and sales opportunities
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to conduct trials of innovations on commercial farms and with related customers
  • Achieve zonal commercial operational objectives for quarterly reviews
  • Prepare and implement action plans addressing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identify trends and implement regional sales system improvements
  • Meet zonal sales financial objectives through forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
  • Establish sales objectives by creating sales plans and quotas aligned with organizational goals
