Position Overview

Under the direct supervision of the AMD-Ghana Country Director, successful candidates will draft technical and financial proposals for development projects and initiatives.

Internship Details

• Paid internship position
• Initial duration: Three months, renewable for an additional three months based on performance
• Top performers may receive an offer of permanent employment upon completion
• Location: Bolgatanga, Ghana

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Economics, Management, or equivalent recognized qualification
• Maximum age: 25 years old

Required Skills and Competencies

• Outstanding proficiency with computer and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Human resources expertise, particularly in recruitment
• Excellent writing and analytical skills with ability to draft technical documents
• Dynamic and rigorous approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure
• Proficiency in English language
• Willingness to relocate to or work in Bolgatanga
