About AMD International
AMD International is a consulting firm specializing in finance and public policy, project implementation, development policies, human resources, and training. The organization operates in Burkina Faso and several other African countries, working with national administrations and funders. The Ghana branch is recruiting high-potential candidates through its internship program.
Position Overview
Under the direct supervision of the AMD-Ghana Country Director, successful candidates will draft technical and financial proposals for development projects and initiatives.
Internship Details
- Paid internship position
- Initial duration: Three months, renewable for an additional three months based on performance
- Top performers may receive an offer of permanent employment upon completion
- Location: Bolgatanga, Ghana
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Economics, Management, or equivalent recognized qualification
- Maximum age: 25 years old
Required Skills and Competencies
- Outstanding proficiency with computer and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Human resources expertise, particularly in recruitment
- Excellent writing and analytical skills with ability to draft technical documents
- Dynamic and rigorous approach to work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure
- Proficiency in English language
- Willingness to relocate to or work in Bolgatanga
