Role Overview
The Junior Key Account Manager is responsible for delivering net sales, volume, NPAT, and market share targets for an account, channel, or geographic area. This role plays an integral part in using a team approach across all functional areas (customer marketing, operations, finance, and logistics) to develop business and drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies consistent with the broader organizational vision
- Account for internal factors including brands, categories, and accounts
- Recognize external factors such as suppliers, vendors, distributor capacities, and customer needs
- Drive net sales, volume, NPAT, and market share targets
