## Title: Gender Specialist

About the Role

Design & Technology Institute is seeking a Gender Specialist to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time position responsible for advancing gender equality and inclusion across our organization and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead gender strategy and mainstreaming initiatives
Train staff and students on gender inclusion practices
Build partnerships and drive advocacy programs
Monitor gender indicators and measure impact

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
Expert knowledge of gender frameworks and monitoring & evaluation
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of gender policy and training experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
