About the Role

Design & Technology Institute is seeking a Gender Specialist to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time position responsible for advancing gender equality and inclusion across our organization and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead gender strategy and mainstreaming initiatives
• Train staff and students on gender inclusion practices
• Build partnerships and drive advocacy programs
• Monitor gender indicators and measure impact

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
• Expert knowledge of gender frameworks and monitoring & evaluation
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of gender policy and training experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
