Position Overview

The Institute of Environmental Assessment (IOEA) is seeking a qualified and highly experienced individual for an internship program in Sales and Marketing, based in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's sales strategy
• Achieve set sales targets
• Develop marketing campaigns
• Lead and implement all marketing and promotional activities
• Monitor marketing and promotions performance and provide necessary advice to enhance results
• Develop all external communication materials and documents
• Prepare all marketing and promotional materials
• Implement both traditional and new media campaigns
• Develop content, maintain, and periodically update the organization's website
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or any business-related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn new marketing strategies
