## Title: Sales and Marketing Intern

Position Overview

The Institute of Environmental Assessment (IOEA) is seeking a qualified and highly experienced individual for an internship program in Sales and Marketing, based in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the organization's sales strategy
Achieve set sales targets
Develop marketing campaigns
Lead and implement all marketing and promotional activities
Monitor marketing and promotions performance and provide necessary advice to enhance results
Develop all external communication materials and documents
Prepare all marketing and promotional materials
Implement both traditional and new media campaigns
Develop content, maintain, and periodically update the organization's website
Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required

Required Qualifications

Degree in Marketing or any business-related field
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Desire to learn new marketing strategies
