## Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

Donewell Insurance LTD seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and maximize clientele base in the Ashanti Region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead sales initiatives, build high-performing teams, and achieve significant branch targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales, promotions, and campaigns
  • Develop performance measurement matrices and produce monthly reports on production figures
  • Identify and recruit sales executives in areas without company presence
  • Train and develop new sales executives
  • Direct and coordinate all sales activities
  • Prepare sales budgets, projections, and approve expenditures
  • Conduct prospecting, one-on-one and group sales presentations to achieve branch targets
  • Maintain regular customer contact to foster relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience
  • Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is advantageous

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and writing skills
  • Strong team player with results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong coordinating and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of ICT
