Job Summary
Donewell Insurance LTD seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and maximize clientele base in the Ashanti Region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead sales initiatives, build high-performing teams, and achieve significant branch targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee sales, promotions, and campaigns
- Develop performance measurement matrices and produce monthly reports on production figures
- Identify and recruit sales executives in areas without company presence
- Train and develop new sales executives
- Direct and coordinate all sales activities
- Prepare sales budgets, projections, and approve expenditures
- Conduct prospecting, one-on-one and group sales presentations to achieve branch targets
- Maintain regular customer contact to foster relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience
- Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is advantageous
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and writing skills
- Strong team player with results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong coordinating and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of ICT
